Manager of Integrated Marketing

Department: Marketing
Location: Burbank, CA

A key member of the Integrated Marketing team, the Manager of IM manages the strategic ideation of both pro-active and RFP response packages to drive marketing services revenue and brand content partnerships through the post-sale activation process. This role is responsible for developing, vetting and delivering in presentation form innovative, client centric branded content concepts by working cross-divisionally with programming, development and social, to develop packaged concepts around editorial and social content. Post sale, this role will be responsible for overseeing the content production process and ensuring creative alignment with brand voice, messaging and objective.


  • Manage brand RFP response by developing and crafting brand centric “big ideas” that fully leverage Machinima’s programming, talent and production resources.
  • Collaborate with sales, programming, development, social, including leading brainstorming sessions to develop brand centric concepts (RFP) and PROACTIVE content packages.
  • Develop and write compelling, strategic and insightful proposals that clearly communicate program concepts, elements and benefits.
  • Vet all concepts with key stakeholders including legal for compliance.
  • Develop campaign budget model which includes flighting, production costs, promotional media, and influencer costs to ensure fiscal compliance, revenue maximization and value optimization for clients.
  • Oversee custom branded content production process and drive creative to ensure messaging consistency and client satisfaction
  • Prepare analysis of under-performing categories to discern trends, challenges and opportunities
  • Work with Sales Account Managers on developing media & sponsorship opportunities
  • Develop sales one-sheets and presentation materials for key programming and tent-pole events
  • Track competitive marketing/sales/sponsorship activity
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams as necessary to support company initiatives


  •  Bachelor’s Degree required plus 4-5 years of related integrated marketing experience at media, agency or brand environment 
  •  Experience and knowledge with digital media marketing, social media marketing, platforms and products (MCN experience a plus) 
  •  Ideal candidate will have extensive experience in generating complex and multi-platform integrated program concepts and exceptional proposal writing and presentation skills 
  •  Proven strategic thought and communication leader within and across departments/divisions 
  •  Production and branded content experience and creative leadership required 
  •  Expert at MS Powerpoint, MS Excel and MS Word 
  •  Proficient or working knowledge of Salesforce 
  •  Team player and enthusiastic champion of Machinima 
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Must be able to adapt quickly to change in process, deadlines and priorities
